Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house). He also hooked me up with a custom side door for my EV charger cord that is going to make charging outside so much easier. I will definitely be hitting him / Prestige up again in the future."

"Mitat and Val, father and son, were very respectful and professional. Before beginning work, they clearly outlined what they would repair and how the repair would be done. They worked diligently to install a new floor in the kitchen cabinet under the sink following some very extensive water damage and rotting, replaced broken hinges in several kitchen cabinets, adjusted several window blind brackets that had been poorly installed, hung new shelves in the front hall closet and performed some much needed painting in various locations in the home. "My wife and I met Pawel when we stared improvements on our house. In early 2022 we had a few projects we needed completed. Initially he installed handrails in the shower which he did immediately. From their project list expanded significantly. He installed an attic fan, replaced our front door, repaired and replaced the roof on our shed. From their they stained our decks, put up shiplap in our computer room and then we added a big project to install a 12x16 pergola over our deck. Each project he approached as if he was doing it at his own home. I know everyone says that but I watched him re-do his own work until it met his standards. If an adjustment was needed he would come as soon as possible to check it out and fix it. I absolutely, positively, recommend hiring Pawel and hereâ s a hint, ask to see pictures of some of his work. You will be immediately impressed as you see his skill, attention to detail and dedication to his craft. We are already making our list for 2023 which may include a full bathroom renovation. HIRE THEM, you will be very happy you did so. He can do it all."

"I needed aluminum railing for the retaining wall of the driveway. Julio Escobar at J&E Painting and Powerwashing gave me a good quote. The team arrived on the set date and did most of the work in a day. I had specific requirements for the railing and I was pleased that the team followed my instructions closely. They came two days later, after a heavy snowstorm that precluded any outdoor work, to finish the job. The railing looks great just like I wanted it. I will definitely consider hiring them again for powerwashing and painting of the house."
