Edwin is honest and very professional and takes his time to do an excellent work. He successfully repaired a chipped quartz countertop for a reasonable price. My countertop looks brand new!!!!! I highly recommend this company if you need to repair your stone countertop!!!

Edwin was referred to me through another company. Edwin came to my home and evaluated the work I needed to get done, Recondition my travertine floors after my home flooded during the February freeze in the Houston area. I even share information with Edwin on another contractor that walked away after 3 hours, claiming that the build up of sealer was too hard to remove. Edwin assured me that he could recondition my floor like new again and promptly sent me a quote which I approved. Edwin showed up at my home on time with his crew and began work. Edwin and crew worked all day long in the master area of the home and did not complete the sealer stripping in this area as he planned, but said he would return on Monday to continue the job. Edwin called me on Sunday demanding $2000.00 more stating that the job was hard to do and he and his workers discussed it and he would have to have 2K more. I told Edwin I would call him back and discuss further. I called Edwin and told him I would not give him more money and that his contract stated a certain price and I expect him to do the job as agreed to in contract. Edwin informed that he was quitting and would be by to pick up his equipment. Edwin came and collected his equipment, apologized for not doing the work. I believe a contract is a contract and you must live up to it, and do not quit. My master area is now worse than when he started and unlivable. I only gave Mirador Stone works .25 starts because this system will not allow anything lower. I would not recommend Edwin to anybody ever. JE

    Response from Company:

There was no charge at all. The owner John Erickson put my equipment outside like if it was garbage after I try to explain to him that it has tremendous amount of wax. I did all I can to help him out. After that his insurance called me which I help him get more funds. I could of easily not spoke with them. Then later he call me back asking me If I still wanted to work in his house. I couldn't anymore. I didn't know what other intensions he has since he left my equipment outside like that. If John didn't have done that . I wouldn't mind helping him out. Also kept on threatened me that if I don't do the job he will leave a bad review. I'm the third company trying to deal with his floor.

Edwin and his crew were fantastic. They arrived on time (which is a rarity) and were extremely thorough. They protected our baseboards, carpet, brand newly painted walls, and furniture. Our travertine had pits and scratches, and all of those were fixed. The flooring looks completely different for the better. Edwin took pictures of our furniture layout which allowed his team to easily put everything back in their place. I highly recommend them.

    Minimum charge was $150.

    Response from Company:

customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority . $250 is our minimum charge. Since it was a small project we gave him an extra discount. We also provided him with a small polishing kit just in case if he has any issues at no extra cost.

Absolutely great. We have terrazzo in the entry and in two bathrooms. Our house was built in 1966. Edwin came out and gave us a good price. He said that after the work was complete our floors would look new. They do. Edwin did a great job, and we would gladly use him again.

Edwin responded quickly to my inquiry. He arrived on time and went right to work polishing and sealing my carrera marble vanity. He did a beautiful job. He is also very personable and respectful to the homeowner.
