They showed up 4 hours late, did not secure my cover correctly, and charged over 300 more than said I would have to pay.
Team was great. Knew what they were doing and went above and beyond. Even helped put away all the nets, hose and poles that I have for maintenance during the summer. Will definitely hire them again!
He worked with a good knowledge and experience of opening pools and about motors that power them also the type of chemicals to put in at the beginning to clear the water an excellent worker
What started as a dream come true has become a nightmare!!! DO NOT HIRE!! I hired Marcello and Superior Pool and Construction, LLC. with the hopes of having my pool open this summer. I started in January and booked a appt with Eric soon after. Received the contract and paid the requested installments in February and March (about $7800). They got right to work removing the old liner. I haven?t see them since I?ve reached out repeatedly over the last month to request a completion date. Rather than a date, either get a ?next week? response or none at all. There?s more: Due to poor communication, I recently learned that it would cost more to have the finished project ?up to code?. Think everyone reading this would agree, ?up to code? is a priority and should?ve been clearly communicated at onset of project. Good business/ customer service is lacking here. All about a cash grab. Perhaps for the best, as this company?s negligence may have resulted in future injury of a loved one.
We never had access to the pool during the summer of 2021 because they left the pool very dirty, he told us a few weeks later that if it was getting filthy just to clean the filter but we do not know how to do that, very poor customer service skills and communications skills, they did not do the job the were hired for.
