Accurate Zone Heating and Air Conditioning

I have scheduled (with Cathy) a repair, refresher, or install every year now for more than five years, and couldn't be happier. Not many people work on evaporative coolers any more, but I love mine and won't give it up. Juan with his knowledge and professional service makes that possible.

Juan replaced my old rusty swamp cooler. The job was done expertly, and at a very reasonable rate. The unit works great and the installation and workmanship superb. I notice a smell I though might be electrical or burning wires and emailed Juan. He called me shortly and came right over to inspect. He spent a half hour checking everything including the switch in the house, and assured me it was the cement on the flashing and the smell of the new filters. It's hard to find a pro to work on swamp coolers. I highly recommend Accurate Zone and intend on calling him when I need service in the future.

Called on a Saturday of a three day weekend when the heater wouldn't come on. Juan was here within an hour and diagnosed the motor was dead. It was still under warranty but he had to order the part. He did that on Monday even though it was a holiday and had it on Wednesday. He came and put in the new motor and checked all the systems, filters and breakers before leaving. I will be calling for maintenance on a regular basis.

I'm sitting her in the house and its over 100 outside and inside its nice and cool.. Juan did an excellent job replacing and repairing the duct work. One day installation and were great to work with. If you have a swamp cooler this is your guy with much knowledge on the working and correct flow of the cooler. Been a long time that I have had work done without problems... This company ROCKS! Came to my rescue after another Home Advisor recommended company bailed on me TWICE! (So unprofessional!) Juan is a gem, and Cathy was a great contact person. My 30-year-old swamp cooler is just like new!
