I had the very best experience, with Southern Comfort Builders., from the initial phone call, to the final walk through. Their prices were the best, of several roofing companies, I interviewed. Eric and his wife, are the kindest people. The roofers worried from sun up, to sundown, until the job was completed. After completion, They were a kind and hard working, group of men. I was especially impressed with their clean up, following the completion. I never found a single nail on the ground! Eric and his wife, came to do a follow up, after the job was done. Hands down, the very best work, and service, I could have asked for! I will certainly be using them again, for future jobs! I highly recommend for quality, customer service, and price!

PERFECT work AND at the CHEAPEST PRICE of all the roofing companies I had called to ask for an estimated price. They were super quick to start, starting two days after I called. In a single day, they tore off my shingle (they ALSO had to replace 4 rotten plywood pieces) and installed shingles over the entirety of my house roof. They always provided professional and excellent communication, constantly keeping me in the loop of what to expect and what was happening. Ultra friendly and a completely satisfying experience with NOT EVEN ONE kink or disappointment.

I want to second what Jen C. from Pace said in her review that 5 stars are not enough in accurately rating both the work and customer experience of Southern Comfort Builders! We hired them to install a new roof on both our main home and our guest cottage and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a new roof install. The price, as compared to many others, was an excellent value and the care and patience shown to us by Erik and his foreman Mark were truly remarkable. For example, with having leakage issues after our installation, South Comfort happily without complaint came back out to our property every time we contacted them to try to fix the problem. What makes this especially memorable is that Mark helped us to finally isolate the problem in that it was "our" chimney brick work that was leaking and NOT anything they did or didn't do with their roof installation or chimney flashing. Flexible, patient, quality work, and customer service-oriented--Southern Comfort Builders is the real deal! Thanks Erik and Mark for a great experience!!

Five Stars are not enough to accurately rate Eric and the Southern Comfort Builders team! Several neighbors recommended Southern Comfort Builders to repair what we thought was a small #roofleak around a bathroom vent. I reached out to them using the chat feature on their website and received a telephone call back from Eric within four hours. Southern Comfort Builders visited the same week and commenced with a comprehensive inspection. They found that the coupling around the vents PVC pipes in the attic had separated slightly. During the same visit, they corrected the problem, sealed it, and re-sealed the area surrounding the vent on the roof for good measure. The #roofrepair cost - well - lets say I felt like I was stealing, and the turnaround time was beyond exceptional, especially considering that I am still waiting for three NWFL #roofingcontractors to return my call. Heavy rain blew through again last night, and it is safe to say that they resolved the problem. THANK YOU!

Being a homeowner living in Oregon and having a house with hurricane damage in Florida is stressful!! Erik saved the day in every way!!! Friendly, quick, professional, funny, helpful, flexible!!
