"From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Lou. He responded right away to my inquiry regarding my deck . The deck needed to be cleaned, repaired and stained. Lou discussed the best options with me, he was very patient & answered all of my questions. We set up a date so that the work would be finished for Memorial Day, even though there were some issues with rain, Lou made sure everything was done on time. The deck came out BEAUTIFUL. "Lou did a deck repair for us. One fifth the price of replacing the deck and it looks great. He stripped out the rotted wood, fixed the sub-structure, put in new boards where needed, painted with a wood stain. Very professional, courteous, friendly."

"Lou was very professionally, and immediately saw the problems within our deck. He was the only contractor who noticed the slant in the deck, and did a great job repairing it. Our deck was solid stained red originally with the same color rails. Our front porch was a different barn red that matched the shutters of our home. We decided to match the front porch and rear deck, and it came out beautiful. We couldn't be more satisfied. We would recommend Lou to anyone looking for deck work, and plan to use him in the future! "Good follow up and reliability. Did a very nice job on deck but did not complete re-setiing nails and did not stain separate decking area as agreed. Splashed stain on siding (not major). Overall good job."

1-separate decking area was done even though not on customers proposal(clear rain coat was applied) 2- Nails were re-set the best we could. Wood was rotted in areas & some nails popped back up 2 months later.(not on proposal either) 3- We did not use stain as customer stated, we applied a clear rain coat to deck (old stain on house was there already) Everything on our proposal was completed!
