Of course I changed my mind to a totally different window.(Women can do that!) IIn less then two weeks it is in. I also added my 2 basement windows. The day he installed them he even came a little earlier. Great guy to have do your improvements. I am going to have him put a new door off of my deck. Cleans up great and takes old stuff away. Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house). "Honest, responsive and reliable. Lincoln was initially hired to replace/repair rotten facia boards . They wrapped the existing boards in aluminum while replacing rotten sections as needed. I requested additional unplanned work to remove siding from bay windows and to repair and paint the underneath trim. Al is quite personable and he made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done. Just to add that Luis, his assistant, is an excellent craftsman. Lincoln prices were reasonable andwould certainly consider them for future projects."

"I needed aluminum railing for the retaining wall of the driveway. Julio Escobar at J&E Painting and Powerwashing gave me a good quote. The team arrived on the set date and did most of the work in a day. I had specific requirements for the railing and I was pleased that the team followed my instructions closely. They came two days later, after a heavy snowstorm that precluded any outdoor work, to finish the job. The railing looks great just like I wanted it. I will definitely consider hiring them again for powerwashing and painting of the house."
