"After heavy rain last weekend , the roof started leaking into the home causing significant water damage to the interior dry wall. I contacted Ideal Roofing and Mike inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me. He left me with several options, but eventually I decided to get the entire roof replaced along with the repair/replacement of the interior water damage. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc. Mike and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition. "I would highly recommend Vision Construction as a company. Olti (technician) contacted me through my posting and came home for free estimate. For this job I got quotes from five different people. I was looking to repair a leaking skylight and after inspection everyone recommended to replace it. The difference between Olti and this company was their honesty and fair pricing. All of them were installing the same velux skylight but inflating the labor cost and also telling me that my roof needed repair. "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!).
