"I had the privilege of working with Helen to help my mother-in-law with her move across the country. She was very easy to talk to, explained their process and costs and most importantly set realistic expectations for how the move was going to happen. We spoke several times to come up with an accurate inventory, so there wouldn't be any surprises come moving day. She took extra time to go over how their pricing worked and made sure we understood what to look for as we were shopping multiple companies. Once the decision was made & the moving date set, things continued to go smoothly. The movers arrived as scheduled and did a great job. My mother-in-law added things not previously on the inventory and thus incurred additional costs. This was not a surprised, as it was previously discussed. Today was delivery day and they just finished. Everything went smoothly and as promised. I inquired on Mon and they said to expect delivery on Thur or Fri. On Wed the driver called and said he would arrive Thur afternoon and they did (although an hour later than planned). Overall, it was a great experience. There was a lot of trepidation when this process started, but you can rest assured that when you hire this moving company and give them an accurate inventory, you will have a smooth move and a great price. I would definitely use them again."
