    We scheduled an appointment to get our water filter fixed. They not only didnt show up or call on the day scheduled, but then didnt return our call after we left a message. They have the worst customer service!!

    The installation didnâ t go very smooth because of our old pipes that were clogged but they made sure everything was working properly before they left. Great water is very important and I am al for preventing rather than treating. Price wise it may appear expensive at first but if you spread it over the 25 years warranty it is not bad at all. I would recommend Tennessee Water and Air Technology to everybody who considers a great water system.

    The salesman came to my house and said the water softer I had was old and not working correctly. I purchased this house 3 weeks ago. He said it would be $3,500 for new water softer. When the installer can to install a new one he said there is nothing wrong with it. I found the paperwork on the unit the previous owner had left and saw it was 4 years old.
