Reviews
Write a ReviewThe removal of the mold that was found was quick, but the rest of the work was not on par at all. The 5 by 5 square floor section of subfloor that they replaced after mold was removed was done completely incorrectly and horribly. That already had to be torn back up and replaced. Then we had to get our final invoice changed as they charged for services that were not performed at our house. Finally the communication was horrible in that we were not updated on what was happening and they did not communicate very well with each other causing what should have been a 2 day job to be 7 days total. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Hi Robert, I am sorry to hear that we were not able to bring a positive resolution to your overall experience, though we tried to work together once we were aware there were some concerns. I am aware that your final invoice was higher than your original estimate, you did a great job documenting and we did adjust your invoice accordingly. I know that we had to create a temporary replacement of the subfloor in order to make the space safe until rebuilt. We are not rebuilding contractors and the subfloor was never intended to be the final work, as that is work that needs to be done by the contractor - and is ultimately what happened. Though it sounds like that probably was not communicated. I know there were some communication issues and I agree there is always room for improvement. The project manager that oversaw your project is no longer with the company, and we are always working to address concerns and make positive changes. We value your feedback and hope you understand we have every desire to make things right, within our power. I know you and Ashley, and I worked together via email to come to as much of a happy ending place as we could. If there is anything further we can do, please reach out. I do not believe we have had any communication since we sent the link to the adjusted invoice.
Abel, Susana, Yolanda and Hugo did an outstanding job reparing our basement after a large leak.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so glad we were able to help!!
They answered the phone on the second ring, at night and had their team here within 40 minutes. They were all super helpful, very nice and always very professional. They stayed until the site was under control that first night and weâ re here every day for a week thereafter making sure all the water was gone, areas dried out and wet materials removed. We canâ t say enough great things about Robin, Abel and their crew. We love you guys!!
Thank you.
The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful
