I hired them to put up gutters and gutter covers. When I came home, all I had was new gutters, my gutters that were removed were just fine according to the estimator, but somehow they came, removed my gutters, put new gutters up and considered it completed. I told them I wasn't happy at all and I expected to have gutter covers, and all I got was new gutters. I insisted on having the gutter guards put on, but they would charge even more to do that work. I complained bitterly, and of course, there management was of little help or caring, and I was stuck with new gutters I didn't need, still need covers, that I thought I purchased, and as far as trying to reach a fair resolution between the two parties. Forget about it. Take your business elsewhere.

Kenneth, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. It seems there was a bit of miscommunication. We provided two options for you to consider and the option you selected, which we received from you via email, as a contract to perform work, was for a new 6-inch gutter without gutter guards. As per this approval from you, we performed the work in November of 2021. We want to assure you that you received exactly what you paid for and were not charged for a gutter guard since you did not select that option. We sympathize that it would be very upsetting if you had intended to choose a different option, and so we had offered to discount installing the gutter guard, but as we did not receive confirmation from you, nor any more communication until now, we are sorry that we were not able to resolve the issue. Since all of our agreements are in writing, detailing the type of work we are contracted to perform for the stated dollar amount, this situation is very uncommon. Again we want to apologize for any confusion. Should you decide to get gutter guards in the future we are here to help!

I had my gutter covers installed September 2021. I. I waited until now to write a review because I wanted to make sure they performed satisfactory. Paul was the salesman I worked with. he was very informative and professional. I had lots of questions and he did a great job of answering train all of them. Throughout the fall the covers kept all the leaves out of the gutters. they performed as advertised during heavy downpours. The only negative I have noticed is the covers form icicles under certain conditions in the Winter time and they make the driveway and walk away underneath slick. All in all I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it. it's a quality product and the people are very friendly and professional.

Gutter Cover KC is an exceptional company. The estimator came down from Kansas City to Springdale, Arkansas in a timely and professional manner. He provided a good estimate, along with answers to all my questions, and even models of the product so you can see exactly the products provided. The three installers also came down from KC in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and quick in everything they did. They answered my questions, and treated me courteously. The job went very smoothly, and they treated my property with respect, not harming the house, flower beds, shrubs, guttering, etc. They have quite team up there in KC, and I feel theyâ d do very well in our area. I highly recommend Gutter Cover KC, and will do so to my friends. Thank you Debbie for making it all happen!

I have used this company a couple of times. The first time they replaced the gutters and covers for a house painting. This time it was for storm damage. Every time I have used them the people I have dealt with were professional and courteous. They always kept me informed as to the status of the project.

We purchased the gutter covers a year ago. Some of our gutters had to be replaced and others just covered. The company did the job perfectly. No more water overflowing the gutters and puddling. No more trying to decide how to get on a ladder and clean them out. At the one year anniversary they were kind enough to come out and inspect their work. Everything is fine!
