So impressed with New Generation. They painted the full exterior of our house and several interior rooms. The quality of work was excellent. They were on-time, and highly efficient. Communication was exemplary from the initial quote, signing the contract, to billing. There is no question we would hire Ivan and his team again. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Wish they had given me more time to choose colors. I felt pressured to decide. (Reasonable I guess as the painters were ready to go but their was still quite a bit more prep work to do).. The workers were pleasant and accommodating. There was a lot of pick up of tape, etc. that I had to do (small pieces of stuff) but overall they cleaned up well. I felt they charged me a fair amount and that was nice. The owner did a walk through but a bit before they finished. I went out today and found paint dripped on several place on my cement walks. Also I was disappointed that they did not put things back they had to move. Some are way too heavy for me to move myself. Also noticed when I opened some of the doors that they missed some of the edges. They had to scrape and sand some things a lot and made things look almost brand new. It was amazing.

They tried hard to make sure we as customers were satisfied. They also were very punctual and professional.

I had them paint the entire interior of a 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath home. Proper preparation is important. They were careful and accurate with their masking and protection of surfaces not to be painted, splattered, or over-sprayed. They filled nail holes, nicks, and cracks in the walls and trim and primed old enamel paint. Painting was smooth without thin spots or drips, runs, etc. They started on time and finished quickly on schedule. They left the house clean.

Sarai and Ivan and their team did a great job on the house. The house is old (1950) and have been neglected. It requires a lot of efforts to bring it back to life. Ivan and his team spent over a week washing, scraping, filling, sanding and re-glazing all the windows (they are in very bad shape). It was a tedious and painstaking detail work which their team took extra care to do a great job. Sarai was prompt answering all my questions and explaining the whole process. Everyone on their team was nice, polite and extremely hardworking. Ivan and Sarai are fabulous, very accommodating and easy to work with. The house looks 1,000% better!

Arrived on time both for the meeting to prepare bid and to perform work. Brought all equipment. Worked efficiently. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
