Top Choice Home Improvement is a very reliable company. Lucas, the owner of the company is not only present, but very professional. He is very honest and easy to work with. Lucas did two jobs for us: 1. Plumbing 2. Termite treatment for our home His prices are very very reasonable compared to the big cats in the plumbing and termite treatment, such as Terminix, Arrow and Orkin.. I recommend Top Choice Home Improvement for any needs whether in plumbing, termite, mildew treatment or pest control, Lucas of Top Choice is the man to contact. My recommendation for this company and its owner earns them five stars plus.

Called big name companies and none of them saw we had a leak or how told us howthe rain water was getting into our crawlspace except Lucas from Top Choice. Professional, on time, cleaned up and took care of our loose dryer vent too. No more musty smells coming into the house. I asked and they also built a well for us to get in/out the crawlspace easier. We are defintely happy we chose them. I love supporting small businesses.

My crawlspace mold was removed and treated to kill it and prevent future growth (BoraCare with Mold Care). Then they encapsulated my crawlspace entirely, installed a dehumidifier, and installed insulation on the walls. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Job was well done! If you have any questions Lucas (the owner) is willing to explain or answer any question you may have and is easy to get a hold of on the phone, too!
