"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We had a sudden onset of a drain flow issue throughout our home on Monday night. Called Roto-Rooter on Tuesday morning and because of the severity, they came out the same day, within an hour. Russ and Josh fixed our problem quickly!! They were professional and courteous!
