My experience with this company was very good. They informed me of the process at every level. Nikki, a representative with the company , was very easy to work with. Upon completion of the job Nikki made sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation of the drywall and my choice of texture and paint color. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Water damage was removed and construction was done in a timely manner and on budget. All employees and contractors were knowledgeable and efficient in their areas of demolition and construction. They were meticulous in their jobs and the house came back beautiful. Additionally, the office staff were available to answer questions about billing and/or insurance matters. I highly recommend this company.

After a few estimates i chose SGM Services, Shain Mann and Ronnie Mann for the job They were very patient in explaining what they were going to do and why things cost what they did also. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

I impatiently waited for the rain to relent a couple of days, and this vendor's critical trailer was being serviced. Once we overcame those challenges, Ronnie Mann measured the challenging slopes and configuration of my ponding back yard, then he and his crew demoed trees (including stump grinding), hand-trenched and installed 4 drains with smooth-bore pipe to the front curb. They put down fresh sod and hauled off the debris.

Shain called me immediately. They did a very professional job. He had to chop down a very tall dead pine tree that stood next to the well house. They had it down and gone in no time. He had to chop up several other trees and haul them off. The yard looked great when they were done. He has great prices too.
