"Not clear understanding about septic pump"

"My husband passed away a month ago unexpectedly. Fortunately, he had a Post It note on a wall that said the septic tank needed to be emptied in Sept 2020. So I called Environmental Service Corp. Someone actually answered the phone and got me a soon appointment for the work to be done. When the serviceman came, I had no clue where the septic tank was. He showed me where it was. He also said that the tank only needed to be emptied every 3 years, instead of what another company had told my husband - every year. I thanked him for his honesty and was very pleased with their service. They are honest and hard workers. Would hire them again!!"

"Very professional, did an excellent job installing both well pump and tank. I would hire Don again, as a matter of fact they have to come back and install a pitless valve the is leaking. unfortunately I built a deck over the well and have to hand dig around the the well so he can get at it. Lesson learned the hard way."

He was here within 2 hours, fixed a broken wire and replaced our well pump with very good instructions on how I needed to flush the system of sediment before turning on the water. "I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have.
