Modernized Cabinets and Countertops
Homeowners are seeking maximum storage in minimalist design — opting for floating vanities, built-in storage cabinets and open shelving. Wood finishes and European-style cabinetry are most popular when it comes to storage options. And granite, quartz and solid surface are the most popular countertop materials. Homeowners spend an average of $4,633 to install new cabinets and $2,864 to update countertops, according to HomeAdvisor’s True Cost Guide.
