About us
EMC has been serving Arizona and the southwest since 1990 and has been an Arizona state-approved environmental consultant since 1992. Services include Phase I, II, III; Asbestos, Lead-based Paint, Indoor Air Quality, and Microbial inspections; Project management, abatement / remediation specifications, air quality monitoring, remediation clearance testing, along with third-party quality assurance representative. Our clients include state agencies, school districts, commercial, and residential home owners. Eighty percent of the projects we complete annually are for clients we have serviced for over 25 years, ten percent are 20+ year clients, and the remaining ten percent are new clients.
