Kirk knew what the problem was just from my description on the phone- came out quickly and fixed my issue- was professional and courteous

Kirk is efficient, professional and very honest. Because I am a senior, he came to my house as quickly as he could, discovered the problem right away and had my A/C running in no time. He was exactly the same when he came out to service my refrigerator last year. Excellent work!

Kirk was very professional. He showed up on time. He was in and out quickly and told me everything he was doing. He determined that the part could be under warranty and researched it fro me and directed to manufacturer. Very helpful - I would highly recommend him.

I submitted my service request with Service Magic on a Sunday evening around 8pm and I had a phone call within an hour. They showed up the next morning at teh time they had promised and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. They even told me that there was likely a recall on myt washing machine. I was impressed that they knew this information considering my machine was 10 years old. I ended up deciding to just purchase a new washer but will definately call them again next time I need a repair.

Justis Services did an incredible job! Brad installed my basemolding, door frames and window trim. He also installed three thresholds, re-hinged a window and repaired and caulked one room of exsisting crown molding.Brad's work was outstanding. We played a bit of "phone tag" initially in setting up the meeting time for the estimate, and due to weather had to change the work shedule: Brad did the job by himself on one Saturday (even a Raven's game day!). I didn't rate "5 Stars" as the cost jumped by almost 1/3rd ( $780. = $1000.final ) despite being told the estimate was "padded" for materials and that they would "beat anybody else's price."

They did a great job! I will recommend them to friends.
