LLS Painting

Two week job with multiple projects w/in home. Crew was very polite, respectful of our space and showed day on time. They cleaned daily leaving us and our place for the night. Levi helped us make in-project decisions that gave us our desired result. Levi/team identified problem areas and worked with us on the best solution. Overall, we were very pleased with the team, the professionalism and the amazing results. Our house feels brand new with the freshened up rooms. Thanks!!

Levi and his team were great to work with. Levi was very open and allowed for discussion about what we wanted to do and was willing to offer thoughts on what could be done while still maintaining our ultimate decision . The painting include an 18 foot foyer ceiling and walls, kitchen, bathroom, all the trim, all the baseboards and all the doors in the house. The crew were on time each day and left the house clean. The painting was done very professionally. One item that really stood out was the attention to detail in repairing any deformities or holes in the walls prior to painting. We know where the holes were but you would not anymore. I would highly recommend LLS Painting. I know we are very happy and would call them again for any painting needs.

LLS provided stellar service that was both professional and personable. And Levi is like our new friend rather than â justâ a contractor we hired. They went above and beyond, guaranteed their work, and made sure to communicate and clarify any decisions prior to doing any work. The pride of work is readily apparent. The lines came out really clean. Our drywalls were certainly in a rough shape when we bought our home, and it was surprising how much they were able to smooth over and make them look almost new, although there are, of course, limits to what anyone can do for certain flaws. Finally, they left our place *better* than they found it, which is sparkling clean.

Lovely to work with Levi and his team and would definitely recommend LLS Painting. Just moved in and basically had the entire interior of our home painted including our fireplace. They were friendly, communicative and he always checked in to see if we were pleased and satisfied with his work. He listened to all our concerns and was approachable. They took precautionary measures and everyone wore masks while working when I was around (though we tried keeping distance). I noticed a couple lines and markings of paint in a couple of the corners of the rooms and voiced my concern, and he had the team cover it up nor problem. They ended up doing three coats of paint in a couple rooms because the previous paint was a dark color and it was harder to cover up, yet he still charged us the original quote. I thought the painting and fixing our of laundry room would take about 10 days, but they were efficient and worked fast to give our place back! They finished surprisingly faster than I expected. Very pleased with their work and very happy to get the place back to myself. Price is very reasonable and fair. I would definitely work with them again in the near future!

LLS Painting power washed our house then repaired places where the paint had chipped off The shingles of our house because previous painter did not prep correctly. The places where they repaired painting you cannot tell there where it is, It blends in perfectly!

Levi and his team did an incredible job. Our 40 year old house looks brand new, and we are so pleased! They handled carpentry issues as well as doing an expert paint job and even replaced our screens for us!

Levi is a terrific painter who takes great pride in his work. His estimate was fair/competitive and he stayed within the budget. The work was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure my rooms were looking great. He takes a lot of time in the prep stage - something that I've rarely seen done and that makes a big difference on the final product. He's also very flexible - if I wanted something changed, he was amenable and easy to work with. He and his crew showed up on time and as agreed to (something that doesn't always happen)I started with a mid-sized project and he's now working on another one for me. Very honest too. I thought that the price of $870 was on the high side for approximately 8 actual hours of just painting. Otherwise, very pleased.

We would definitely recommend LLS painting. They did a great job painting and plastering, and our house was left clean and tidy each night. They were great about communicating with us right from the start - providing us with a detailed estimate and always showing up when scheduled. They were always very courteous and their prices were reasonable. Would hire them again without hesitation.

We have have done a variety of reno and updates in our home the past few years and have been disappointed with the paint contractors. Time to refresh the bathroom and hallway. Decided to try Home Advisor for the first time. Read the reviews for LLS Painting and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! Levi is great to do business with and the quality of work is the best! Fair price, on-time, everything was cleaned up at the end of the day and he even offered up solutions to some problem areas. We plan to have him back in the Spring to do some exterior work.

The owner of the business was prompt and courteous. He gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. All of the work was done faster than I had expected. The quality of the work is better than we had received in the past from other contractors. We are currently looking into having Levi painting do other projects for us here at our condominiums. I would highly recommend this company for painting and handyman work.

The work Levi s crew did was great! I read other reviews about him and then hired him to paint the inside and outside of my house. I was very impressed they use the best paint store in the Area. This is the store that all the best painters buy their paint. He did what he promised to do and did it on time. I was asked myself if I would hire the contractor again. And Levi s case the answer was yes. I hired him to do additional four projects. I have another project in mind and I m going to hire him to do it.
