Had 4 trees trimmed including one huge Sycamore. Had 5 trees but Mark said not to touch the 5 tree while everyone else wanted to trim it even though it didn't need it. Clean up was excellent, no tree debris was left and the yard didn't even look like there was any trees trimmed.

NEVER AGAIN. I originally chose Mark because he was the first person to call back and I thought he would be great to work with. WRONG. Not only did he not tell me which date he was coming to my house (which he said he would call me back and never did), I came home surprised to find my tree trimmed unevenly. After trying to call him back several times, he finally picked up and said he would call me back with dates on when he would come and fix it. Never called back. I tried to call him several times again and he told me this project was "an inconvience" for him because it was out of his way.

"Concerning my one bad review, this customer could not be pleased. I told her not to send Me payment until she was satisfied. I offered to come back and fix the problem but I needed 2 weeks because of scheduling. She opted to send me the two hundred dollars and write a bad review"

His Proposal sheet says it all: "Professional Outdoor Services: Honesty - Integrity - Value". He noticed rotting boards on our pergola and knew how to and replaced them properly. I have had some less than good work done in the past, by others but I would trust Mark with any future work we would need.

we were very pleased with the work Mark did at our home trimming 22 year old trees. He responded promptly to our inquiry with a reasonable quote. He is most knowledgeable in this field of expertise. He was able to do the job very soon after our inquiry...he worked quickly but carefully and his cost was reasonable. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future for the continued care of our property.
