Yes I have worked with Fernando several times on projects. He has always went above and beyond to make things right. Any time I have a question he is there with an answer. The most important thing to me is his communication he always responds back to my calls or answers. That gives me comfort every time I call him. When he says he is going to do get it done he is there and never has excuses. I would recommend him anytime to anyone. He is very professional.
