Reviews
Write a ReviewAfter the work don't expect any response if you have an issue. Also " the cement we use dries so quickly it's normal for it to crack". After 6 months ? With no one ever stepping on it? Install went badly. Most of product seemed ok but now the drains backing up. It's the lack of response.
Seth came out first thing this morning, walked me through the process, got my ok on everything and then he and Tyler got started. Finished in no time! Job looks great, leveled the driveway pad leading into the garage and eliminated about a 2 to 3 in drop. Clean up was also very well done! Extremely pleased with the job as well as the price! Sethâ s and Tyler were very pleasant to work with as well. I 100% recommend them!
Eddie, Smon, and Areli did a good job.
I had a partial interior drain (hill behind house), sump pump (w/15' discharge line), dehumidifier, crawlspace encapsulated, (3) 20' downspout discharge lines, and a new crawl space entrance were installed in frozen ground in 2 days. Iran H. and Chris M. are impressive hardworking young people that did a wonderful install job. Salesman Roger K. went above and beyond to reassure me that they knew what they were doing. (I had to fire a different company 2 months prior because they didn't).
I had a great experience starting with Matt doing the inspection and quote and ending with Drake, Q, and Avery doing the work of relocating my downspout drainage. I would definitely recommend using them and would use them again in the future if needed.
The guys did a great job.very nice and answered all my qiestions.would highly recommend basement authorities
Robert Ellis, Marshall and David did a fantastic job!
Iran & Damarion did a great job installing insulat6ion in my crawl space.. Showed up at a timely matter, explained all that they would do, cleaned up all the mess, and showed me pictures of my crawl space when finished. would highly recommend OBA & would not hesitate to use them again.
To start the job was not started on time and the first crew finished early. This would be great except they did not do all the work claimed they do and the work that they did was not even remotely up to standards. We have been through three dehumidifiers now trying to get one to work, the sumps were not functioning right and were located in the incorrect space the first time. The outer door took months to receive. The liner had to be pulled up and reapplied because there was so much slack in it. The liner did not go up the wall or even meet them in many cases specifically where it could not be seen from the entryway. The panels attached to my foundation walls were not sealed to one another. the vents were not sealed in any way. They only sealed three sides of the home. The techs were rude, unprofessional, poorly trained, and lazy. on subsequent return visits (I believe we have had 5-6 now) new foam was to be installed and they did a poor job did not seal it right still missed sealing a vent and letting the canister chill down in their car overnight so it all fell. The sumps were not working and were not able to because they were installed incorrectly. One pump was so full of PVC dust that even if it were installed correctly there is no way it could have worked. They left so much debris behind that I had to clean behind them picking up the rounds unused in their foundation guns, tape rolls, excess liner, and tools. My foundational pillars are sinking into the ground slowly but surely due to the excess moisture under this barrier that this entire job was intended to fix. Scheduling has been a nightmare. There has been no call no shows. No one seems to know what they are doing or what the equipment is. Three different excuses for the same error code. massive mounds of dirt and rock left under the barrier where they dug trenches. Misplaced sump float switches. The second visit was quoted as a three-day job, it was completed in 2 hours and was still not correct. This has been the single worst contractor interaction experience I have ever had and I do this for a living with a major construction firm. Every tech except nick very clearly tried to take advantage of the fact most customers have no understanding of any of this. I am, however, not one of these people. Though understand that issues arise in the end I just want it right. The issues listed are not all the issues found, there are still many more. They have gone from techs to production managers and now a quality guy and not once has the leadership contacted me about what is going on and why they have had to make 5-6 return visits to fix major issues with the quality and quantity of work that was to be done.
Bradley, Jack and Dee did their job efficiently.
