They came and cleared out my main sewer line, but made the kitchen drain worse by pushing the blockage deeper into the pipe so that I can no longer run the dishwasher. Then they rescheduled my appointment due to a call off for the next week. I paid for a job that has not been completed yet. TLDR did half the job they were paid for.

The water heater was apparently way overpriced. It would have been nice to see a breakdown of parts and labor. Next time I will do far more research, but my wife had just had surgery and we needed hot water.

I am so pleased with this company. Mark Lambert came when he said he would and walked me through everything he did. I love the fact that he was honest with me. He gave me several options and explained everything to me. He didn't push me to getting anything-he just let me know all my options. He even answered questions I had about other plumbing issues and explained why I was having the problems and how they could be resolved. I will definitely be using this company again and will be referring you to others. The main thing is my initial issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you so much.
