The Sexton Property Services Team, Anthony & Olivia, removed existing 240+ linear feet of nasty, rusted, chain link fence and replaced it with 369 feet of 6â tall, gorgeous, red cedar with arches at the top and gates on both sides of the house. This team is one in a million! They were forthright about potential challenges from the beginning, communicative about options, and willing to do whatever it took to do the job right. They told us exactly when they could start and when they would finish; when they would be working and when they would not be. They were even specific about start times and punctual at that! The job was not without complications (of courseâ ¦) but they were undeterred. Their positive attitude is awesome, as is their creativity to come up with solutions to snags on the fly, and the finished product speaks for itself. It is MAGNIFICENT! It is PERFECT! We have yet to move into the home but most of the neighbors have already stopped by to compliment us on the fence. They are a lovely husband and wife team so you always know whoâ s doing the work. Thereâ s no communication gap, no strangers whoâ ve no idea whatâ s important to you. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. They deserve every one and we strongly recommend them!

Very professional. When they were taking down the old fence, they pointed out what was done incorrectly and what they were going to do to correct the problem. Their cleanup was awesome. They listened to what I wanted done and were accommodating. True Professionals!

Anthony Sexton was very thorough, conscientious and hard working. Removal of previous concrete base was extremely difficult because of the amount and depth of concrete base install by the previous home owner.. Many extra hours were required to remove it and yet Anthony Sexton did not charge an additional amount ..Anthony was prompt and stayed on the job day to day until completion..Quality of work was excellent and I highly recommend Anthony Sexton Property Services, and will use them in the future for other projects...

Sexton responded to my inquiry about a wood fence repair very quickly and provided a fair estimate that was significantly lower than other quotes from competitors. Once I accepted Sextonâ s bid I requested an expedited repair due to some upcoming travel and they generously accommodated despite short notice. The day of the repairâ replacement of two posts, a new gate, and a new latch on another gateâ the Sextons (an awesome husband and wife team) worked neatly and efficiently to complete the work exactly as planned. They were communicative throughout the afternoon and were pleasant to have around. The whole experience with Sexton really exceeded my expectations and I give them my highest recommendation!
