Robert is the best. He moved 4 TV's for me, set up two sound bars, installed a new electrical outlet and did an excellent job. Beyond expectations, hid wires, tv boxes, etc. Very knowledgeable.

Over the past 10+ years we have used A1 Installer for several projects at the two homes in which weâ ve lived since moving to Raleigh - and every time we have been extremely pleased with everything about A1. Robert Doelker is extraordinarily knowledgeable about all things technical and he is fanatical about doing the best job possible for you. My wife and I have total confidence in him - his abilities, his integrity, his standing behind his work and giving superb customer service. He gives great advice and he explains things in a way a non-tech can easily understand. And his pricing is great value. . We were lucky to discover Robert and A1 Installer when a more costly and highly rated firm we used when we first moved her turned out to be such a disappointing dud. Within minutes Robert saw how they had messed up and fixed things and they stayed fixed. Been turning to him ever since and have nothing but great things to say about him and A1. The very best.

Robert was outstanding. He made this an enjoyable experience. He took the time to ask me questions about where I wanted this installed and he walked me through the entire process. He was very professional, courteous, kind , and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend him and will be using the service again. OUTSTANDING!!!
