Karl was fabulous! He is an experienced, knowledgeable inspector who is clearly invested in making sure that the people with whom he works understand the inspection performed and the implications of what he sees for the purchase of their home. Karl took me step by step through the inspection. He was very systematic in documenting every aspect of the inspection verbally, and in a detailed report with pictures. Karl is clearly a team player, working well with our realtor, establishing rapport with the seller, and communicating well and in a timely manner with us. Karl goes above and beyond. We were in a position where the elderly owner had the attic access nailed closed, so Karl had to return to finish the inspection. Because time was of the essence, despite the inconvenience to him (he had a job in Auburn), Karl drove back to Tacoma through significant traffic to help us meet the inspection deadline, and finished the attic inspection. Karl has incredible integrity, as he says, he seeks to do the right thing. He certainly went out of his way to do so in our situation! I would highly recommend him and will certainly request his assistance if I have need of a home inspector in the future!

Karl was awesome to work with. He rolled out the red carpet for us during the home inspection. He was very patient and took his time to answer all of our questions throughout the whole process and very informative. He didn't miss anything and he took pictures of everything that he thought could cause a concern. His report was very detailed with what the issue is and his recommended as to what should be done about it. We used that report and asked the seller to address 14 things and got the seller to do all of them! We highly recommend Karl to anyone.
