The tech, Eddie, called to give me his ETA, arrived on time, did a thorough job, and was pleasant and professional. I thought the cost was a bit high but it was what was quoted in advance.

They promptly responded to my inquiry, quickly scheduled the tech to come out and service our gas fireplace, the issue was fixed quickly and I was charged as quoted.
