Now I can enjoy my flower garden without a stream pouring down from the roof and soaking the flower bed which in turn spread soil outside the garden perimeter. Before the install, rainwater pouring off the roof stripped the paint off my back porch also. They surveyed the whole roof and redirected rainwater to appropriate downspouts.
