They performed the necessary tests to determine the levels of iron and Hardness in the water and suggested a couple system. Because their price was very competitive, and the demeanor was professional, I went with them and wasn't disappointed. On installation they worked very well with a plumber here for a remodeling project . After completion which included a good cleanup of their work area, they stayed to show how to use the unit.
