The price was very competitive and he was able to come get the work done very quickly. They were very respectful of our property and our neighbor's property and made sure to clean up as they went. "I found ER Tree Service on HomeAdvisor. HomeAdvisor gave me a list of tree removal companies. I started by calling alphabetically the first name on the list which I don't remember at this time. I left my name, telephone number, and the reason as to why I was calling. I never heard back from that company. The next on the list was ER Tree Service. I left and message, and was called back within one to two hours. I spoke with Emerson from ER on Monday, September 23, 2019, and explained to him what I wanted done as it related to the tree. Emerson said that he could come out the next day, look at the tree, give me an estimate and we would take it from there. We agreed on a time and the conversation ended. Emerson showed up the next, looked at the tree, explained what his company had to do to remove the tree, and then gave me an unbelievable estimate that I could not refuse. I was expecting to pay much more. I asked Emerson how long would it take for them to do the job. He said this week. I told him he was kidding. He said no he was not. I let him know that Wednesday and Friday were not good days because they were our pick-up days for trash. He informed me that he would see if Thursday was available and he would call me back to let me know. Emerson called me back later that afternoon to confirm that Thursday was open and he and his crew would be arriving around 8am. ER Tree Service arrived around 7:45am on Thursday morning, and went to work. I watched as they removed some of the tree. They were a very professional team and the way the team worked together was great. They did an excellent job cutting down the tree, removing the branches and stumps, and cleaning up after they had finished. I was in awe and amazed when they finished to see that big tree no longer standing where it stood. Later that evening I received a call from my neighbor who said that she had been watching the ER team remove the tree and asked for their number because she had a tree that also needed to be removed. I told her how professional they were and also how reasonable their price was. I have already recommended ER to my neighbor and I will recommend them to any one who might need a tree removed. I made an excellent choice when I picked ER Tree Service and you will too."

"Willy and his crew did a great job. They were on time, cut three trees down, and trimmed several others. The crew climbed very tall trees to do what was needed. The cleanup and haul away was near perfect. When an unexpected price of wood scratched our window screen, Willy promised to have it repaired. "We hired the company to just clear some underbrush and remove saplings. They came out and recommended we consider removing trees as well and gave us an incredibly affordable quote. The trees were mostly dead and posed a risk to our house and our neighborsâ houses but other estimates were way out of our financial reach. They worked until they got the whole yard cleared, left absolutely no mess behind and even removed the stumps (not grind them down but remove the whole thing). The greatest thing is they did the whole job for the same price two other companies quoted for just the underbrush and saplings, but their quote included removing 8 additional trees and stumps, trimming back branches that were hanging over our house and shed, and cutting down and removing two arborvitae. The trees were mostly pine trees that were nearly 100 ft tall! I cannot say enough good things about this company and their patience as we kept asking for more things to be done."
