      Comment: The threshold between the hallway and kitchen is cracked and needs to be replaced. It is 5“ x 33“. Because it goes between a hardwood floor and tile, it is a bit raised. It needs to be routed to fit and will not take a standard off the shelf threshold. We would need someone to custom route the threshold and replace it.
