"Hired Marlon to clean the gutters. He showed up within the hour he said and worked no stop till the job was done. Gutters had never been cleaned since I bought the house in 2003. Marlon recaulked all the joints that had been weatherd over the years and placed new coverings over most downspout openings to prevent neighbors; tennis balls and other debris from clogging them. He did excellent work and could still smile after four gruelling hours on the roof. Thank you Marlon!"

Our water bill that arrived that day was over $700. I opened the hatch to our crawl space and there was an inch of standing water. I sent 8 emails to 8 plumbers on yelp and got one response. That response was their fee schedule. A friend recommended Armando. We contacted him at 10pm and he said he would be by at 8am the next morning. He arrived on time and got to work. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ll never call another plumber."
