What was very surprising yet comforting to me was that he didn't ask for a chunk of the money upfront like other contractors indicated in the bidding process. I am quite excited with the outcome. Our driveway conforms to our neighborhood (Bronxville P.O.) and it looks quite appealing now. Frank is honest and his workers are very respectful. Watching them do the work made me very content and pleased with my decision to hire him. And at the end of each day, they made sure they clean their work area before they leave. I have already contracted him again to do some additional retaining walls in my garden."

We requested several proposals and found ADR PRO BUILDERS LANDSCAPING's to be the most responsive and flexible. We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. ADR had a very straight forward payment requirement. Bottom line we would strongly recommend ADR, and have already done so."
