They always offer me multiple solutions (including usually one that would cost me no money) when they find small issues. The worst moment at my house came on Dec 23, 2023. Furnace went out as we had the horrible snow storm and we were supposed to host a holiday party. Shawn from TP made sure to work me into the schedule that day after facetiming me to see if he could detect an easier fix that wouldn't require him to come out.
