"Overall, Ken Rubio was courteous, informative and responsive. During the entire process, he was professional. He fully answered any questions and/or concerns regarding any of the work on our stucco house and wood fence. He was very thorough in the preliminary walk-around taking notes and pics on his tablet and explained the work to be done and the time frames involved. He provided a detailed written estimate in a very timely manner which included two time frames of tentative dates for the work to be scheduled. Ken was especially transparent and communicative in that regard. His work team was courteous and punctual. From my perspective, they were experienced and very efficient.
