"I hired Kevin to reroute duct going to a vent in an upstairs bedroom after doing my kitchen remodel. Something I thought I could do on my own but a change in my cabinet design plan meant moving my duct about 2 inches over. Kevin quickly replied to my Angi request and came over the same day to provide an estimate. He completed the work the following day! While here, he noticed that my sink wasn't hooked up yet, and said he could do that and install a faucet, recommending me to use a shelf until my counters came in. What a GREAT idea!! So i did just that and asked for a quote to install the piping below the sink and the faucet. His quote was much better than a 5 star plumber I had found online, going above and beyond what the plumber would do by installing new valves for free!! Also asked him to clean out my dryer vent as my brand new dryer was leaking water.. He and his amazing wife pulled out enough lent to fill a queen size pillow!! They said, I was the winner with having the most lent stuck in a dryer vent.. (I'm the new owner of the house). They even showed me how to replace my HVAC filter as I didn't know where it was. Amazing service. Kevin and Sandy, I'll call you first for any projects too overwhelming for me to handle. Appreciate you!! Cost was about 25% of what the Cooler Company wanted to charge, and I had to beg them for a Quote. Unfortunately, they did send out a tech to repair my furnace when I requested an estimate for furnace replacement and then charged me $90 for their mistaken service visit. I did call to let them know they made a mistake but no offer of a refund was given. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars."

"Prior to hiring Topshelf to install a wholehouse steam humidifier I spoke with several companies. Darrell responded quickly, was knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer all my questions and concerns. His team arrived on time, introduced themselves, followed Covid safety measures, put shoe coverings on everytime they entered my house. When the installation was completed, they made sure I knew how to operate the system.
