The owner of RCD, Liam, was easily available and returned multiple texts/calls with either a text or call. He fit our job into their schedule on relatively short notice as I was coordinating the insulation job (which included removal of old Vermiculite and ancient blown in) with a new air conditioning system install. The crew of four showed up on time with plenty of coordination to ensure I was home for the job as I travel weekly. The job took longer than the RCD crew expected as the new air conditioning ducting was extensive and impeded their access to the old insulation removal, but their effort was TRULY professional and they executed the job with significant attention to detail.
