He removed drywall, cleaned and remediated, made recommendations for moisture prevention, replaced and perfectly sanded everything, refinished all trim work, and repainted everything like nothing happened. Even better, we needed two cabinets replaced and he designed and rebuilt both: natural wood, hanging rods, it looks amazing.
