"Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it. If you are looking to build or rebuild a pool, you should definitely contact Timeless Pools, you won’t be disappointed."

"They were the highest bid. They were very timely. They got things done in a hurry. The kitchen is beautiful and everything they do. They take a lot of pride in their work. They know what they are doing and they are very scientific about how they go about it. You just have to trust them and it is beautiful. What you end up with is spectacular. The price was high. I don't think he listened to me when I tried to explain that I hadn't decided on what kind of window I wanted. I think that we had communication problems. They followed their schedule very carefully. They kept busy. The fellow in charge tries hard."

"The start up for the project was excellent but they had some parts in there where the clean up was slow and so I had to live with some trash in my yard for a while. But their excuse was every time they had brought a truck by it was full of trash already so I was about disappointed with that and I was also a little disappointed also with the way they fixed when they came with dust on my floor. The general manager promised that he would adjust on price on the project after this but he never did but overall I would say they got a real good deal.They also did the irrigation system. They showed up on time early and they came at the same time they said they would show up. They were professional and the deal that I got was professional except they changed the project manager right at the end of the project and he was somewhat professional."

"Build a patio near my pool with beautiful pavers all around. Real construction came in with samples, designs and ideas. We chose to go with Capriana Combo, and we love it! Pavers are amazing and complement my home style and landscape!!! Im so happy with Real Construction . They did everything i asked for, scheduling, colors, pattern and much more! "the price was negotiable, was a little over my budget but for the quality of the work. I can see why it was the price it was. I have to keep in mind my house isn't not small, so they square footage that is already existing PLUS the addition, made it a lot bigger. I like that the workers were here constantly. Even through out inspections, once it was passed they continued to work. The foreman was also great and would constantly inform me about the stages that were going to come next. As far as the office, i cannot complain. Any concerns i had were resolved right away, and I had constant communication from the coordinator and the accounting side, along with a young lady that would come every week to check up and make sure the job was being ran properly.
