"Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. "Jordon understands roof system very well. He discussed the issue over the phone, provided rough estimates for small repair at very reasonable price. When asked to include tune-up, he provided another reasonable quote. He and his crew performed the repair efficiently, did roof maintenance where needed, inspected a wavy section of the roof and determined the cause (not due to loose shingles, not susceptible to water damage), and provided honest diagnosis. Overall, I’m impressed about their professionalism and knowledge about the roofing system, and customer service attitude. I’m a tough reviewer, but it’s hard to not give this company a 5-star rating - they seemed to really know what they are doing, and do not try to over sell home owners Unnecessary service. "Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
