"I inherited a house that sat unmaintained for 30 years. It was essentially an eyesore and needed major repairs. I hired Andre Costa of Elite Painting & Remodeling LLC and he essentially breathed new life into the house and transformed it into a gorgeous property. The transformation is incredible! He explained all the repairs that were necessary so there were no surprises. He demoed + replaced the entire kitchen - the countertops, the cabinets, the butcher's block, the sink and all appliances. All was updated extremely professionally and beautifully. It is now amazing and bright. He replaced the bathroom toilets, tubs and vanities. Repaired the plumbing and fixed the tile. They are now updated and sleek. He even fixed my electrical issues and repainted the entire house. It came out so beautifully. It looks like a designer planned it. Truly tasteful. I am completely satisfied with his level of expertise and craftsmanship. I recommend him without reservation. Best of all, he came in on budget. I now have a stunning home instead of a complete eyesore. I was able to rent it within a month of completion of repairs. I am absolutely thrilled with his work. "Virginia of Creative Kitchens is fabulous! We contacted her after moving to our home in Weston. We were frustrated with our kitchen. It was dark, there was little counter space, and the appliances were old. We had minimal storage which was not functional. I looked up designers on the internet and was impressed with the comments from her customer reviews. She was one of 4 kitchen designers I reached out to and the first to respond. Two others ignored my request, and the 4th wouldn't come out to assess my needs if I wasn't willing to commit to a project date and budget. She was gracious, kind, responsive, professional, and most of all very creative in her approach to solving our problems. She actually listened to me and wanted to know what we were looking for. She met with us a few days after our first conversation and assessed our kitchen. The one aspect we did like in our kitchen was our cabinets. They were extremely high-end, very beautiful but just not enough of them. Because we wanted a ton more storage and counter space, I expected her to do to a total gut of the kitchen and replace all cabinets. Instead, Virginia took one look at our cabinetry and said these must stay â they are spectacular! She looked at our current kitchen layout and noted that because the entire floor area had high-end marble, gutting the kitchen and coming up with a different layout would mean finding matching marble for the floors and also would be quite expensive. Instead, she came up with a remarkable design that allowed me to keep my beautiful cabinets and gained me an insane amount of new storage and counter space by building out the cabinetry into a large peninsula island with counter seating, expanding the current footprint over the marble floor and adding a beverage area with a wine fridge to the backside of our kitchen. She had cabinetry custom-made to match all my current cabinetry. The stain and everything matched to a T!!!! Anyone coming in after the renovation could not tell which cabinets were the existing cabinets and which were new. So amazing and it saved us a ton of money. Virginia helped me every step of the way, guiding me through selections of new appliances, lighting, countertops, etc. She took me to several granite/quartz warehouses to find the perfect countertops. The contractors she used for the renovation were fabulous. They all did great work, were courteous and conscientious. Throughout the process Virginia kept me informed and we never went outside of our budget. What she quoted for the work was spot on. The best part of the whole experience was working with Virginia. She was more than a creative designer; she became a friend. I am so thankful we selected Creative Kitchens of South Florida to renovate our kitchen.
