Philip philosophy is to ensure the complete satisfaction of his customers, to treat them respectfully with a most attentive ear: the kind of care and passion, coupled with attention to the most minute of concern or detail we have, was always met with the utmost courtesy and organization. Philip and his team, including Nicole and Josh, were extremely punctual (would literally arrive on the dot, if not before), respectfully neat, and treated us like family. Our project was quite challenging, involving extensive reparative work on our travertine flooring. The final product after several phases of work entails an absolutely gorgeous floor that has now been made handicap accessible and repaired thanks to the expertise, time, skillset, and dedication of Philip and his team.
