"I discovered on a Saturday night that I needed a new pressure reducing valve for the house, as mine had failed and house water pressure was well over 100psi. I texted Adam Sunday morning and he responded very quickly and was at the house in less than two hours from initial contact. He was very open with initial verbal quote and in consulting on the issue. He did a very thorough job, making sure to test pressure and confirm no leaks. Also he discovered that my expansion tank had failed and replaced it. He stocked the parts in his truck and did not have to go get them. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and I would call him for my next plumbing service."

"Rita is very reasonable in pricing and was able to accomplish an entire renovation project in a very cheap, affordable and reasonable manner. We asked for her to remove a closet, design and create a new laundry room in a separate part of the house and repaint and fix the old laundry room. We asked her team to remove one of the jack and Jill bathrooms and merge with the closet to create a new laundry room. They removed doors, created a new walkway, new electrical, new plumbing lines, new drainage, run new 220 lines for the dryer, and also get a licensed plumber to plug the old lines and build new ones."

He was extremely thorough, courteous, very punctual, very detailed and meticulous and was extremely conscientious of taking care of our home. "We had a great experience with Hi-Five Electric. They installed a bunch of GFCI outlets, replaced some light fixtures, and problem-solved, replaced, and rewired some light switches that did not work. Jack and an apprentice came out to do an estimate and did a thorough job of investigating what the work involved. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Elijah and an apprentice came out to do the actual work. Scheduling was easy and communication was good. The actual work turned into a bigger and more difficult job than expected because of some crazy issues with the existing wiring. Some idiot who worked on our house before we owned it apparently fancied themselves an amateur electrician and had really messed things up. But Elijah was excellent and managed to sort everything out. Even though the work was more complicated and took longer than estimated, and even though they ultimately installed a couple more GFCI outlets than we thought were needed, Hi-Five refused to add to the estimate and only charged us that amount. They also left the house clean and tidy. The whole experience was really just excellent. Highly recommend!"
