"1 All American Roofing did an excellent job on my roof! They did a full work up for a reasonable price and all pricing was up front no hidden fees or additional costs. With 100% free estimate and no pressure, I was very comfortable to work with them on pricing. They were helpful enough to take pictures, explain to me what was wrong, and how they were going to fix it. They did a great, clean job on my roof and if I need any extra work on my house I will surely call them back."

"Chris and company did a fantastic job. We had a set time frame and they delivered a beautiful job on time with no problems. We also wanted to keep some of the charm of our colonial and make sure it did not look cookie cutter. Chris went over various options and styles that made our house pop! I looks great. The crew was professional and polite. They kept the work area clean and made a few adjustments on the fly to provide the look we wanted. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. You maybe able to find someone cheaper (we got several bids) but you will not find a better contractor than Magnolia. Money well spent. Thanks Chris - well done!"

After 2 years, trying to find a reputable, fair price and willing to travel to PA to provide me the services of sanding my floors and make them new again, I received a referral from my community group to contact this company. On a Sunday morning, I got a response in less than 15 minutes and a in person meeting was scheduled to provide the services. The owner showed up at my house on the date scheduled, explained the process of the work required, understood my concerns and past experiences and assured me I will be in good hands. I jumped at the offer provided, and PH Floorings LLC arrived exactly at the scheduled time in the morning and completed the job promptly. Carlosâ promise was kept, sanded, polished, clear coated the floors and to my surprise he did the stairs, just because he noticed the 1st floor and 2nd floor will not match if not done at the same time. This was done without any surprises in additional cost. Without hesitation, I paid for his services. As a successful business owner myself, my words to this business - your future is well-paved to be very successful in the flooring industry. "I had them come out to level the foundation of my deck since it was sagging from age. While they were there they leveled it, replaced all the boards and put up new railing. They did an amazing job and I couldnâ t be happier. They scheduling was great, they really worked on my time and still completed the job in a timely manner. "It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. We are happy to have had the good fortune to be connected to Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction by Service Magic."
