"Wanted to have new storm doors installed, both front and back yard in an older house. Jakob came out to assess the situation and give a run down on what would need to be done. Showed options for types of doors he could do and the work it entailed. He and his team were able to start a couple of days later. Job to a total of 2 1/2 days. They removed and reframed the doors, installed new doors and screens with brand new locks and insulation around the framework. They actually ran into a small situation with the back door and had to lay down some concrete because of the original design of the house, but they took care of it without hesitation. They even patched up an old hole in the kitchen ceiling he saw when came in the initial visit, no charge! He checks in on his guys to make sure everything is going according to plan and his crew is very good at what they do. Looking forward to having him do some other jobs when the time comes."

"I hired Tony to repair my very large (20 plus foot wide) outdoor Pergola in June of 2016. Among other things, the structure's supporting beams were bowing and I was advised by 2 engineers that it was just a matter of time before it would certainly collapse. I had also had a few contractors here already who took one look and told me I would need to demolish it and start over to the tune of 30k. They were clearly convinced it was just too big of a job and labor intensive and they weren't interested in "repairing" it. Frustrated, I looked for a "handyman". Hiring Tony as a handyman is akin to hiring an accomplished artist to paint your house. I don't doubt he can do anything that falls under the handyman category (and for a very competitive, reasonable price), but he can do so much more. He is an artist, a perfectionist, intelligent (if not brilliant), highly skilled carpenter (highly skilled, period), kind, personable, hardworking and, best of all, very affordable. He thought about the project a great deal before laying out my options, came by the house several times before being hired to make sure what he planned to do would work, quoted me prices I could afford, and was able to start work almost immediately. After 2 solid uninterrupted work weeks, my pergola is now safe, solid and secure (which would have been enough for the money I paid), but is also now breathtakingly beautiful. Tony not only added structural support, but mouldings here and there to make the existing pergola stronger and more stylish than it had ever been before. He also took preventive measures to assure that what caused the Pergola to fail and deteriorate in the first place would not happen again. Very smart, talented, reliable, neat, punctual, honest and fair, he takes extraordinary pride in his work. He and his workers were an absolute joy to see and be around, worked rain or shine, and sometimes stayed late into the evening. In addition to the pergola, they rewired the electric, replaced a light fixture, restored a cupola on my garage roof, painted the pergola and cupola, and power washed my siding, fence and patio/pool area. They finished about 2 weeks ago and I have already called him back to give me estimates on two more projects. I can't recommend anyone more highly (though I've had plenty of other work done through the years) and feel absolutely blessed to have found them and hired them for this restoration project. I plan on calling Tony when I'm ready to gut and reno the first floor of my house. He's that good."

"I hired Arthur to install some tiles in my kitchen, install a transition piece of oak separating my kitchen and dining room, as well as a new saddle to my kitchen entrance. He gave me an estimate and came the next morning. This was a two day job to do some demolition and set tiles. He came back the following day to install the grout. I must say Arthur did an incredible job and we are completely 100% satisfied. His price was very reasonable and he does excellent work. He puts his all into the work he does. "Mark did a fantastic job on my shed renovation. Before, the shed had no floor (it was a horse barn way back before I bought the home), a number of the 6x6 railties holding it up were rotted, the roof had a huge hole in it and the lower T&G siding was also rotted. Mark replaced all rotted siding and railties. Fixed the hole in the roof and replaced any plywood that needed it. He put in the sturdy floor. Insulated the shed walls and ceiling. Painted it inside and out, including the floor. Mark had an electrician come and add 6 outlets, two overhead LEDs with wall switch and an outdoor motion sensor light. He dug out a trench all around the outside and added stones to divert water and help with drainage. He also added a much needed gutter. Plus, a concrete slab in front of the door. Oh, and built a new door. Mark made a lot of good suggestions to help save money and materials. He also took the time to listen to my concerns and suggestions. Mark is a really nice man that cares so much more than a lot of contractors I've dealt with. I would definitely hire him again."
