"Jarius and his installer Carlos did an absolute phenomenal job in our house. We had old original carpeting that was ripped out and replaced with new luxury vinyl flooring. I was worried it would have that hollow ?pop? sound as you walk on it but Jarius knows his stuff! He assured us we would be in love and we are. They were timely, considerate, and the install of 460sq ft of flooring took a few hours start to finish! Might have been a few too many cups of coffee we gave Carlos- but I think it?s just professionalism and skill! 16 out of 10 to Jarius and his guys. Pretty tough to find quality of product- quality of install- and reasonable price but Jarius checks all the boxes. I won?t hire anyone else to do flooring and I?ll refer him to everyone I know. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
