Was thrilled when Mick came over and we discussed the project and he demonstrated his skill and experience. His bid was higher than other 2 bidders who I was suspicious over being too low but lower than the third (who never explained why the bid was so ridiculously high); I added two more projects onto the original and the bid for all 3 came in very fair.
