"Kevin was a CHAMP! My mother had an HVAC/chimney cap fly-off in a windstorm and it was causing issues due to kamikaze birds flying down the pipe and shutting down her heat. We contacted Kevin to see if he would be able to reattach the cover that we still had. He responded super-quickly w/ a few back & forths and because it was what he considered a quick job, he offered to take care of it the very next day for an incredibly fair fee. He & his sweet dog, Bear, showed-up the next morning. The height & pitch of the roof was taller than Kevin expected but he tested it out before heading up w/ the cap. It was iffy but he persevered and got the job done in a matter of minutes. We are SO incredibly grateful, especially w/ winter nipping at our heels. Thanks again, Kevin. YOU ROCK!!!"

"Contracted with A1 Pro for chimney/roof repairs to stop water from leaking into the attic based on how Phil explained the work and a fair price. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch.
